1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment, depending on the tour.
• Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, and verified third-party platforms.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the tour date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days may incur a cancellation fee or be non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

3. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational concerns. Travelers will be informed in advance whenever possible.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibility

• All travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification, visas, or permits where required.
• Amazing Agra is not liable for any losses due to incorrect documentation or denial of entry.

5. Code of Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, staff, and other travelers.
• We reserve the right to cancel tours for guests acting inappropriately or endangering others.

6. Liability Disclaimer

While we take utmost care in organizing safe tours, Amazing Agra and Singhal International are not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, or damage due to third-party service providers or natural events.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services means you agree to the updated terms.
